Armed Amoeba Studios is made up of seven final year Games and Interactive Entertainment students from the Queensland University of Technology.
Producer, Designer and pretend voice actor, Zaphy is driven and passionate about creating things. Zaph excels at making ridiculous female accents, ordering people around and is an avid cosplayer with an addiction to League of Legends, Zelda and puzzle games.
Lead Designer and story writer, Jack is a creative fount bubbling with ideas who thrives in an active environment. He has a flair for building worlds in Minecraft and incredible skill at quoting just about anything from pop-culture.
Lead Artist, animator and sound designer for Armed Amoeba, Jun lead the charge for making the game creepy and gloriously atmospheric. Jun is a passionate 3D artist and channeled that brilliantly into creating the eerie vibe shown in game and in Figment's trailer.
Artist and animator for Figment, Victor Hsu animated the opening cut scene, produced beautiful textures and 3D models for Figment. Armed Amoeba made good use of his excellent platforming skills to ensure the game survived internal testing as he was the only team member to be any good at platformers!
Programmer and math-magician, Weiwei constructed Figment in Unity primarily using Javascript and wizardry. Weiwei is a driven worker with a fiery attitude hidden underneath her deceptively quiet exterior.
Lead Programmer, pretend designer and resident guy who breaks nice things, Ben is a hard working, albeit silly guy. Ben is the man that puzzles out the broken content and tells the designers "no" when they present an idea that's too absurd even for Figment.
Animator and artist, Tomasz designed the Armed Amoeba logo, directed and animated the in game opening scene and upgraded Patient 8 into the bad-ass 3D version you see in the game today.
